Wife and I decided to smoke a couple of pork chops for dinner.

SRG is smoking nicely at a temperature of about 240 degrees.  I will adjust this down to a lower temperature to allow better smoke penetration.

Chops were in a brine with spices, apples and apple vinegar for about six hours.  My lovely wife season the chops with our basic pork rub. Yes only one chop apiece because I need to cut down after the medical procedures.

Chops in the SRG and the Smoke Daddy is smoking nicely.

SRG internal temperature is running just a little above 200 degrees. Great for smoking.

Time to add a chunk of wood.

Finished product and time to eat.

Looks good, I need to look into a Smoke Daddy to use on my propane smoker.

It works great but it has one hell of a learning curve.  I have one on my Traeger smoker and now one on the SRG.  Both operate completely different because the Traeger has a fan and is pressurized and of course the SRG is not.  I think, if you get one for your propane smoker, not unlike what I am doing with the SRG, I can give you some tips.
