Pork Loin
« on: 10/21/11 05:17:18 »
Cooked 1/2 of a Whole Pork Loin last night in my TBE. Used two Kabob holders to hold it up. Seasoned it with garlic powder, sea salt, white pepper and a light dusting of T2 Fine Swine & Bovine Butt Rub. Cooked it until 145 and then foiled it for 10 mins. It was very tasty and moist. Can't wait to try this rub on a pork butt. ;D ;D

In my TBE

Just pulled

Looks good

Thinking of putting one skewer horizontal and hanging the loin on
another vertically (tied with string) I  think it will cook more evenly.
