Beer Can Turkey Breast
« on: 12/25/11 18:06:17 »
First post here, but not my first cook in the BE.

Injected with creole cajun butter, rubbed with salt, white pepper, garlic powder and some basil

Left the lid on for the first hour, and 30 min later my temps were perfect

90 min total time

Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year

I love those turkey breast.  I got two in my freezer.  They were on sale for .97 /lb.  Congratulations on your cook.
