Boston Butt on Rotisserie
« on: 05/26/13 10:27:17 »
I have the 2013 model of the 3 burner gourmet. I need some guidance on the estimated time per pound for a boston butt. The guide that came with grill estimates 30 minutes per pound for a pork loin. Does the same hold true for a boston butt? We are planning on slicing the pork, not pulling it.

Just watch the temperature, not the time.   To slice, think you need to cook it to about 180 ish.   Be certain to let it sit for at least 20 minutes, 30 is better, before you attempt to slice it.  Too many variables to give a specific time.
